Sarah Hubbard, MFT

Hi, I’m Sarah Hubbard and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist.

My Background & Approach

I received my bachelor’s of psychology from Cedarville University and my master’s in marriage and family therapy from Evangelical Theological Seminary. I use a variety of evidence-based models in therapy to work towards healing, including, but not limited to, Internal Family Systems theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Integration, and Child Centered Play Therapy. I love to have variety in my schedule, spending part of my day in the chair with adults, and part on the floor with kids! No matter your age or stage in life, I am excited to walk with you through what can be a messy but sacred space.

About Me

When I am not working, I love spending time with my husband and two kids. Free time is scarce with two littles at home, but the moments I get alone are spent reading a good fiction book or doing something crafty.

Next Steps

I am currently accepting new patients in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Please contact the office to learn more or to join my waitlist!
