Nicole Bruno, LAMFT
(she/her)
My role as a therapist is to create a space where you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are, the parts of yourself that feel wounded, overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected, as well as the parts longing for growth, healing, and deeper connection. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, genuine, and grounded in trust, allowing you to feel truly seen, heard, and supported as we work together toward meaningful change.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, relational conflict, intimacy concerns, parenting struggles, life transitions, grief, and self-worth issues. While I work with many populations, I have developed a strong passion for couples work and relational healing, helping clients better understand emotional patterns, rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and create healthier connections with themselves and others.
I am trauma-informed, sex-positive, and LGBTQ+ affirming, with special interests in couples work, intimacy and sexuality, autism spectrum support, addiction recovery, and family dynamics. I believe there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy and strive to meet clients exactly where they are with warmth, authenticity, and care.
Drawing from both clinical experience and significant life experience, I understand that healing is rarely linear. My goal is not to “fix” people, but to walk alongside them as they better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move toward the life they want to create.
