Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. If using a card, pease pay through your TheraNest Client Portal.

Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
We would recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Self Pay
We also have the option of paying directly to the clinic and not using insurance. We can provide you with a Superbill in case you want to submit to your insurance company as well. Please let us know if you would like to talk about these options further.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
Wait List
All of our licensed therapists have a wait list that can range from 1-6 months, depending on the services/needs requested. Evening appointments are the most requested time, so the waitlist may be shorter (or even immediate) if you have are able to come in the morning or early afternoon. We do provide school excuses for children being taken out of school. Please contact us if you would like to be put on our wait list for a licensed clinician, but know that there is no guarantee of services while on the wait list.
