Natalie Barco, LAPC

Therapy is a courageous step toward understanding yourself and making meaningful changes. Whether you're a child learning to express yourself, an adult navigating complex emotions, or a family facing challenges, therapy can provide the clarity and support needed to move forward.

I have experience supporting individuals and families through home and community behavioral services. As a strengths-based and person-centered clinician, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client, believing there is no "one size fits all" in therapy. I incorporate a variety of modalities, including Parts Work, Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Play Therapy techniques including Sandtray therapy, to best support your journey.

In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate, open-minded environment where we explore your concerns. For children, I use creative techniques like art and sandtray therapy, while for adults, we may explore nervous system responses, inner parts, and personal experiences in a collaborative way. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
