Jennifer Irizarry, LPC

I am a fully licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in school settings and several years in clinical practice. Throughout my career, I have helped young people navigate emotional, behavioral, academic, and social challenges while fostering resilience, confidence, and personal growth.

I utilize an eclectic, client-centered approach to counseling, tailoring treatment to each individual's unique needs and strengths. My therapeutic techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed practices with a focus on mindfulness and development of coping skills. When working with children adolescents and adults, I often incorporate creative interventions such as art activities, play-based techniques, and other engaging therapeutic tools to help clients express themselves and develop healthy coping skills.

As a bilingual counselor fluent in both English and Spanish, I am committed to providing culturally responsive care and creating a welcoming environment for diverse individuals and families.

I offer daytime, evening, and limited weekend appointments to accommodate the needs of busy individuals and families. Please contact the office to learn more about working together!
